The number of people ailing from diabetes is increasing each day, due to obesity and lack of exercise.First and foremost lets look at the three types of diabetes.Namely Type 1 which is whereby the pancreas stops making insulin and the blood sugar level rises a lot while Type 2 is whereby the pancrease cant make enough insulin and blood sugar level rises but slightly lower than that of type of type 1.Last but not least there is Gestational diabetes which occurs during pregnancy in women without prior history of type 1 or 2 diabetes.Theses women have very high levels of glucose in their blood, and their bodies are unable to produce enough insulin to transport all of the glucose into their cells, resulting in progressively rising levels of glucose.

Ways of preventing it:

The first one is taking some proteins at breakfast may reduce level at which blood glucose level rises thus helping to prevent type 2 diabetes.25 grams maybe enough protein in the morning.

Secondly,take a lot of carrots to reduce the increase in blood sugar level.

Thirdly,sleep more,right amount of sleep is 7/8 hours daily.
